Worship Services
Led by Pastor Don Cremer, the congretation at Cedar Grove United Methodist Church gathers Sundays at 9 a.m. to worship through song, prayer, giving and communion. (We welcome to His table all those who love the Lord.) A relatively small congregation, our Worship Service is informal and is a time of mutual support and encouragement.

Equipping Disciples
We understand that a close personal relationship with Jesus Christ is best enabled by regularly studying and praying together. To this end, we meet on two occasions each week to study God's word and teachings (Sundays and Tuesdays). During these sessions, we try to learn practical ways to apply God's Word in our daily lives.

Quilting and Eating Together
Anyone who is interested can join the Quilters' group each Wednesday starting about 10:30. The group makes high-quality quilts to raise funds for Church missions, enjoys the companionship of others, has a good pot-luck lunch -- all under the roof of the Cedar Grove UMC.

Youth Activities
Because we know our future lies with young people, we aim to provide a healthy, nurturing atmosphere for all young people of our small community. To this end, we provide a small athletic facility, group excursious and other activities to help provide a wholesome environment for them.

Support for Marion County's Food Closet
We at Cedar Grove UMC believe Jesus Christ is present in all persons and aim to do everything we can to be sure no one is hungry. We collect food from our members, and take up special monetary donations to help provide for Marion County's Food Closet.
